These conditions apply to all purchases on the website www.pandadunord.com, which is owned by du Nord ApS ("Panda du Nord"), CVR. 38 65 09 63, Øster Parkvej 2, 8270 Højbjerg. By placing your order, you accept the terms and conditions applicable at any time. Panda Du Nord therefore recommends that you read the terms and conditions carefully.

Panda Du Nord may change the terms and conditions at any time with effect for future purchases.


All prices on www.pandadunord.com are stated in EURO (EUR) including VAT. Before you approve your order, the final price for the order incl. shipping costs.


Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us. You will also receive a new email the same day your order is shipped. When you trade with you Nord ApS, agreements are entered into in Danish. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send me an email at customerservice@pandadunord.com.


I offer several possible payment methods. The most secure, and the form of payment I recommend to all customers, is to pay with a debit card.

To increase security when you shop on my website, we use 3D secure from Visa, Mastercard and NETS.

You experience 3D secure once you have entered your card information. There you will be asked to confirm the purchase with your NEMID or with an SMS code.

This way, Visa, Mastercard or NETS can confirm that it is your own card that you are using. The security solution is built on the basis of requirements from the EU and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

If you do not want to pay with 3D secure, you can pay via MobilePay.


When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been sent.

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.

When you shop with a debit card, show us the right to verify that the personal information provided is true.


Panda du Nord offers delivery via various partners, currently. GLS and DAO. Delivery can take place to Denmark and takes place at the address or place of delivery that you have provided when placing your order.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen and appear in connection with your order.

We strive to send all orders within 4-6 working days, and if the order is not received within 5-7 working days, customer service must be contacted at customerservice@pandadunord.com.

Panda Du Nord is not responsible for delays from the shipping company.


When you shop at www.pandadunord.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can announce that you regret the purchase.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, by a clear statement by email, notify me within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - the item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, I consider it "used", which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. I consider used goods to be of no market value.

In the case of a pure return item / exchange item, the cost of the return will accrue to you.

You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly.

You can not regret by simply refusing receipt of the item, without at the same time giving me clear notice of this.

The refund is made to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged a fee as a result of the refund.


Of course, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the item as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to customerservice@pandadunord.com within a reasonable time after receipt.

Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, I will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
