If I return an order, when do I get my money back?

We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only.

Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

Yes, you will automatically receive an email confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.
